Met at door by Will who was curious and has a great rapport with the customers. He recommended the tomahawk steak which I had and it was everything he said it would be. The dog even loved the bone.

Called in after picking one of our daughters up from the Liverpool boat, all 4 of us enjoyed our meals and the waitress was very friendly. Will definitely go back if around that way again.

Was here for the first time since it reopened last week and won't be back;

My wife ordered chicken goujons, I ordered battered cod. Both meals were greasy and the batter was well overdone. When we complained the waitress just laughed. I have never complained about a meal anywhere before, even if it was poor, so it shows how bad this was.

Stopped for the first time on Sunday while out for a cycle with the bro. Both had the fry and tea. Lovely stuff - if there was a pattern on the plate we ate that too. Good strong tea. We'll be back!
